Site Project Administrator – Term – Join Our Growing Team at ServcoScaffolding!

As a Term Site Administrator on our Aspen Power project in Wolverine, Saskatchewan, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day site operations and ensuring effective communication between site and office teams. This position is critical to maintaining the high standards of service and quality we deliver to our clients.

 

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set-up and monitor project paperwork and organize site paper flow 
  • Prepare and track project logs such as Drawings, REQ’s, RFI’s, Change Order’s 
  • Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers 
  • Utilize reports to monitor project succession 
  • Prepare and monitor sub-contracts 
  • Prepare and schedule meetings including minutes 
  • Confirm and verify employee time and create daily LEMS for client approval
  • Enter individual scaffold material lists by part and quantity
  • Process onboarding paperwork for employees including uploading training certificates
  • Administration duties as required 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Ability to demonstrate long-term work authorization without restrictions 
  • Must be a resident of Saskatchewan
  • Own transportation required
  • Prior Project Administration experience is an asset
  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or Project Management is an asset
  • Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with WPM of 40 or higher
  • Proven team player
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail 
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with CMiC Software
